Complete Bookkeeping Services

Standard monthly rates and quarterly rates are available.  Includes input of transactions and reconciliation of bank account,  general ledger adjustments(loans, purchase or sale of equipment, bad debts, etc), preparation of monthly statements including month-to-date and year-to-date financial information, and preparation of sales tax.   Tax returns prepared at a discounted rate if we handle your bookkeeping for your business.

Bookkeeping Review Service for Quickbooks

Monthly rate of $25.00 to $50.00.  Client inputs receipts and disbursements.  An accountant's copy or transfer disk is delivered to us.  We then review the classifications of the transactions entered, reconcile the checking account, and make any necessary general ledger adjustments.  Monthly statements are prepared for the client.  Tax returns prepared at a discounted rate if we handle your bookkeeping.

Payroll Services

Standard monthly rates are available.  Payroll services include processing of payroll, preparation of federal tax deposits, quarterly reports, and W-2's, and reporting for workmen's compensation audits.  A one time set up fee or $5.00 will be charged for each employee.
