Manager - established GCR in 1992. GC
attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a B.S.
degree in Electrical Engineering. GC now handles
day to day operations of the company and works primarily
with large scale networks. Paul Glass, Systems Engineer - has been employed with GCR Company since March of 1996. Paul obtained a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Virginia. He assists Glenn with setting up and maintaining network systems for numerous local businesses and industries and handles most of the computer assemblies. Brandy Armitage Admin. Assistant - joined the company in January 1997. Brandy graduated from Danville Community College in 1997 and has an Associate's Degree in Information Systems Technology. She handles product returns and customer service relations. Dave Shelton, Technical Assistant - joined the GCR Company team in 1997. Dave attended Radford University and handles PC repairs and set ups and answers technical inquiries from PC customers and local businesses. Dave also assists in assembling PCs and installation of home computer systems. Jimmy Powell, Webmaster - Began interning with GCR in the spring of 1999 and joined the team full time in August of that same year. Jimmy currently attends Danville Community College and maintains the GCR Online website and develops websites for other local businesses and industries. He also assists customers with Internet questions and web page design. Donna Maxey, Office Assistant - began working with at GCR in May of 1999. Donna graduated from Danville Community College with a degree in Office Systems Technology and works part-time during the week performing various clerical duties and assisting with customer support. W.J. Long, Web Developer / Gaming Tech - started with GCR in 1998. W.J. builds and maintains various websites and also maintains the Quake gaming servers. Christy Morris, PC Repair Tech - Christy has been with GCR since the spring of 1999. Christy attended Averett University and works part-time repairing PC's and other computer devices. David Ramsey, Technical Assistant- has been with GCR since 1995. David attends the University of Florida and works part-time performing a wide variety of functions including customer support, information requests, and maintaining various pages on the GCR website. Daniel Ivey, Technical Assistant Intern - has been with GCR since May of 1999. Daniel attends Virginia Tech and works part-time performing a wide variety of functions including PC repair and customer support. |
